Info for Parent Rep Trustees

Parent Representatives are needed on our Trustee Board to bring their own unique perspective to the governance of the goup.

This is a light but important role:

Attend 4 meetings a year to represent Beaver parents.
Share parent feedback and ideas to help guide decisions.
Be a friendly contact for parents with questions or suggestions.
Support the leadership teams by ensuring Beaver, Cub and Scout voices and parent perspectives are heard.
Be a Charity Trustee for the 167th Bristol (Westbury Baptist) Scout Group.

No experience is needed – just a willingness to get involved, do some training and help shape the group’s future!
